段金霞

段金霞,湖北大学,物理与电子科学学院,副教授。2000年7月毕业于华中师范大学物理系获得学士学位,2006年6月毕业于华中师范大学物理学院获得博士学位。主要从事半导体纳米材料及光电器件方面研究。目前主要工作在新结构能源材料与器件及其物理机制等领域。相关研究成果在Applied Surface Science,CrystEngComm.等国际期刊发表SCI论文20余篇,授权发明专利2项。
