张军,女,1978年生,湖北大学物理学与电子科学学院教授,博士生导师,湖北省“楚天学者计划”楚天学子;

主要从事纳米光电材料与器件、功能纳米薄膜纳米材料与器件、的研究与开发。博士期间曾参与英国Salford大学材料研究所、美国伯克利国家实验室,美国国家强磁场实验室,英国谢菲尔德大学国家III-V族半导体中心的多项研究,获英国海外研究奖学金(ORS),Salford大学研究生奖学奖。2007年12月进入湖北大学物理与电子科学学院工作, 2015年赴芬兰Aalto大学应用物理系做访问研究。在J. Power Sources, J. Appl. Phys., Appl. Phys. Lett.等主流学术杂志发表SCI收录论文60多篇,工作期间主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年项目、省教育厅重点项目、湖北省自然科学基金面上项目等多项。
