周海,湖北大学,物理与电子科学学院,副教授。2012年6月博士毕业于武汉大学物理学院微电子与固体电子学专业,师从方国家教授。主要从事微纳米光电器件,包括光电探测器、发光二极管以及二维材料、钙钛矿等材料的光电器件研究。近五年在Journal of Materials Chemistry CAppl. Phys. Lett.IEEE EDLACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces等国际重要刊物发表SCI论文 >15篇(一作或者通信作者),单篇引用>50。
