万厚钊

万厚钊,湖北大学,物理与电子科学学院,讲师。2010年6月毕业于湖北大学获得学士学位,2015年6月毕业于华中科技大学光学与电子信息学院获得博士学位,师从江建军教授。主要从事纳米功能材料、半导体器件、半导体电化学等方面研究。目前主要工作在新型能源纳米材料与器件及其物理机制等领域。相关研究成果在ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces, J Mater. Chem. A, J Power Sources, Electrochim. Acta, Part. Part. Syst. Charact.,等国际期刊发表SCI论文20余篇,其中ESI高被引论文1篇。授权发明专利1项。
