简介

湖北大学物电学院副教授,博士。2009年获湖北大学材料学博士学位,2012捷克俄斯特拉法技术大学冶金与材料工程学院访问学者2016澳大利亚伍伦贡大学超导与电子材料研究所访问学者。

主要从事功能薄膜与器件半导体光催化材料与应用研究,包括-族半导体薄膜的取向生长,结构设计、压电薄膜气体、生物传感器的制备及电学性能的研究;可见光半导体催化材料的合成及其在环境与能源领域的应用研究。近年来主持并参与国家“863”计划、国家自然科学基金、湖北省自然科学基金重点项目、武汉市科技供需计划等多项省部级项目的研究。发表SCI论文二十余篇,授权专利3项。
