简介:

万美琳,博士,讲师,研究生导师。20163月获得华中科技大学微电子学与固体电子学工学博士学位,从事电源、MRAMRF收发机等数模混合芯片以及芯片硬件安全的研究工作。所参与研发的电源芯片已经量产,组织研制的安全认证芯片已完成各项试验,即将进行量产。相关研究成果在IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems I & II等国内外期刊和会议上发表学术论文15篇,其中以第一作者发表SCI论文3篇,以第一发明人获得国家发明专利授权2项。
